Classess can be attended following a 12 week scan, and completion of our medical questionnaire.

Our supportive classes are here to aid your physical recovery and ensure that you feel recognized not just as a mother, but as your own unique self.
We warmly invite you to join us, no matter where you find yourself in your postnatal journey, while kindly requesting confirmation of your successful 6-week check-up with your physician.
Mum & Baby Yoga

Mum & Baby Yoga provides a supportive and nurturing environment where mothers can take the time to rehabilitate their bodies while creating a strong bond with their babies.
This unique experience incorporates yogic techniques including breathwork, movement, and meditation, allowing mothers to embrace joys and challenges of this new life together.
Through this practice, you will not only strengthen your body but also foster lasting connections with your one, making every moment spent together truly special.
